Well I just tried Ghee and I love it! Try Quinoa and Ghee for a yummy breakfast! (cook the quinoa, follow directions)
As soon as the Quinoa is ready add: ghee, dates, cashew butter, coconut milk, cinnamon, pecans, fruit, maple syrup. Ummm. Can hardly wait! (I use all the aforementioned sparingly!)
Nice change from oatmeal and quinoa provides all 9 essential amino acids.
